Not just for Arbor Day, we plant native trees and shrubs in our Knightdale community as well as in our public and private gardens.
No experience needed! Interested in gardening... small spaces, big spaces, learning about southern gardening? We can help you learn what to do and you will find so much joy in gardening while making new friends! Whether you are new to gardening, new to the south, or have vast experience, we have room for you! Come Garden with Us!
To have FUN! Grow Your Garden, Meet fellow plant lovers in your community. Grow Your Friendships. Learn hands-on gardening skills. Tour beautiul local gardens. Participate in plant swaps. Obtain free or reduced-priced plants. Give back through beautification projects. Promote use of native plants and pollinators. Beautify your community! Give back!
Attend a meeting (2nd Monday of each month 6-8PM at Knightdale Baptist Church 15 Main Street). Join a Garden Tour. Volunteer for a local project. Help in a garden! Participate in the local plant sale. Submit your garden photo or offer a tour of your garden. Share your many talents and skills. Everyone is welcome!

Pullium Garden
Named after Rev. George Pullium, Jr., this is where our first garden started in 2000, located next to the red caboose on the corner of First Avenue and Main Street in Knightdale, NC. Look for our seasonal plantings and a place to rest in this pocket garden.

Scholarships
Eligible Knightdale NC seniors pursuing 2-4 year degrees in Horticulture, Environmental Conservation, Botany, Agribusiness or related field; and those seeking a career change and applying to certificate programs in those fields may apply.
